These terms govern your use of thagharat.com, operated by شركة صائد الثغرات, registered in the Commercial Register under No. 7055275007 (“we”). By continuing to use the site, you accept these terms.
These terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
About this website
This site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer, a quote or professional advice for your situation. We send a written proposal with the scope, price and timeline, and an engagement starts only once a contract is signed. The commitments described on this site, such as telling you about critical findings within 24 hours of confirming them and one retest within 90 days, apply to every engagement unless the signed contract says otherwise.
Engagements are governed by a separate contract
Every penetration test or assessment is carried out under a signed contract and a written authorisation from the owner of each system in scope, or from someone legally entitled to authorise testing of it. For systems hosted or operated by a third party, we also follow that party's testing policy or obtain its permission. If the contract differs from anything on this site, the contract prevails.
Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Attack, overload or try to disrupt the site or the infrastructure it runs on.
- Attempt to access any system or data without authorisation.
- Copy the site's content at scale, or use automated tools in a way that burdens it.
Reporting a vulnerability: if you notice a security weakness in thagharat.com while using it normally, please tell us at info@thagharat.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it. This is not permission to test our site or the services we rely on, such as our hosting, email and messaging providers. Do not run scanners or other automated tools, do not try to exploit the weakness, and do not access, change, download or keep any data that is not yours. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed. To report a vulnerability in a government or other national entity, use the National Cybersecurity Authority's reporting channel.
Intellectual property
The content, design and logo of this site belong to us. شركة صائد الثغرات is our trade name, registered in the Commercial Register, and Thagharat is the name we use for our brand in English. You may not use our name, brand or logo without our written permission. The sample finding on the home page is for illustration only.
Links to other services
Links to third-party services such as WhatsApp are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that its general information is complete or up to date, or that the site will always be available. This does not affect the commitments that apply to your engagement under your contract.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are liable for loss arising from your use of this site only where the loss is a natural result of our fault. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or gross fault, or any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Liability for an engagement is governed by its contract.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by, and interpreted under, the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to them is heard by the competent court in the Kingdom.
Changes, complaints and contact
We may update these terms and will post any change on this page with a new date. A change applies from the date it is posted and does not affect earlier use of the site or any signed contract.
If you are unhappy with our website or our service, write to info@thagharat.com. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days and aim to resolve your complaint within 10 working days.
