Every penetration test or assessment is carried out under a signed agreement and written authorisation from the owner of the systems in scope. Where that agreement differs from anything on this site, the agreement prevails.

03Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Attack, overload or try to disrupt the site or the infrastructure behind it.
• Attempt to access any system or data without authorisation.
• Copy the site's content at scale, or use automated tools in a way that burdens it.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our systems, please report it to contactus@thagharat.com (see our security.txt) and don't go further than necessary to demonstrate it.

04Letter verification

The verification page reflects our records at the moment you check. A valid result confirms that we issued the document with the details shown; it is not a statement about the current security of any system.

05Intellectual property

The site's content, design, logo and the names “Thagharat” and “صائد الثغرات” belong to us. You may not reuse them without our written permission. The sample finding shown on the home page is illustrative only.

06Links to other services

Links to third-party services such as WhatsApp are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

07Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted.
